Highways (Public Right of Way No.625, School Road, Onchan to Little Mill) (Definitive Map Rectification) Order 2023. - The Department of Infrastructure gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 92B of the Highways Act 1986, the effect of which will be to rectify the Definitive Map and associated Statement, in relation to Public Right of Way (PROW) No.625.
The route shown on the Definitive Map does not reflect the route on the plan attached to Public Path Order, Oct/1985/00298 or that on the ground. The PROW's length in the associated Definitive Statement is also incorrect. The aim of the Order is to rectify this on the Definitive Map and in the Definitive Statement.
