If you live in Douglas, Onchan, Braddan or Union Mills, and have a total household income of less than £340 per week from wages, benefits and/or pensions then the Douglas Coal Fund may be able to help.
The Douglas Coal Fund provide vouchers that can be used towards paying any fuel bills during the winter, not just coal.
