Onchan District Commissioners wish to advise of refuse collection changes for the Super Manx Bank Holiday weekend as follows:-
If your refuse collection is normally:
Friday, then your refuse will be collected the day before Thursday 26th August 2021;
Monday, then your refuse will be collected the day after on Tuesday 31st August 2021.
Please ensure that your bin is placed at the curtilage of your property the night before, and any Refuse Bins which do not have the bin lids completely flat will NOT be collected.
Please ensure you wipe the handles and the bin lid prior to collection, and after collection.
If you are self-isolating, any tissues and personal items must be double bagged and held for 72 hours before placing in the bin.
Please note that the office of Onchan District Commissioners will be closed on Friday 27th August and Monday 30th August 2021.
