A chance for members and friends to call in for a ‘cuppa’ and a chat. On TUESDAYS we have a raffle, the proceeds of which go towards the clubs social events programme.

Refreshments are £1 per cuppa and the raffle is 50p.

Sequence dancing is fun and suitable for all ages. It's a great way to meet socially and make new friends. The health benefits associated with dancing are not just physical but emotional too. It's good for the memory as well!

Don't worry if you're a beginner. You'll get hints and tips from regular dancers and you will see yourself progress as time goes by. Please note that having a partner is not essential.

Dances include the waltz, tango, rumba, blues, foxtrot, quickstep and more.

You will find that there's always something to talk about...from the music played to the steps of the dances etc.

Come along and join us! you will receive a warm welcome.

Welcoming all mums wanting to get back in to shape.
Buggycise is a class based outside and generally involves exercising whilst your baby is in their buggy. Not only does this mean no babysitting it also means that your baby will benefit from that all important bit of fresh air.
Each class follows a circuit laid out within the area starting with a warm up helping to prepare the body for some toning and strengthening exercises which are mixed in with a bit of cardio, and ending with a cool down and stretch to help ease any achy bits. The classes run in both sunshine and rain and with the latter are conducted in as much shelter as possible, so don't forget you rain covers.

Live at Home is an independent Manx Charity aiming to enhance the quality of live for older people on the Isle of Man by eliminating and tackling the effects of social isolation and loneliness on mental and physical health and supporting people to remain independently living in their own homes for as long as it is safe to do so.
